Seniors can rent a mobile home as a seasonal or off-season rental. Co-op owned homes can be rented with a buy option during the rental period. In many instances, a significant portion of the season’s rental payments may be applied to the immediate purchase of any Co-op owned home.

Most Mobile / manufactured homes in the park are 2 BR, 2 bath homes. Some are 2 BR and 1 bath and a few are 1 BR and 1 bath. The above homes represent examples of those sometimes available for rent on a seasonal or off-season basis. All homes have a carport and sunroom.
